Sweet Noreen. Here is another one of my baby planners... another family I've so loved watching grow. From their first born little boy to the addition of their sweet little girl through the first year. I love being able to see these families through the years and watching their families expand and the love grow! It is so amazing to share these moments with these little angels :)
